DAY 21: JUST BE FIT (PART 2)

 

Wow!!! We have finally made it to Day 21. You have ran this race and fought the good fight of faith. We have to take the time out today to thank God for giving us the strength, power, and grace to complete this challenge. Our prayer is that you have recognized some of the ways that may have hindered you from living a Just Be Fit lifestyle and allowed God to transform your heart, mind, and soul. You have been so faithful these past 21 days and even though you didn't always do things correctly, God still knew your heart. We believe that if your prayer was to be free from medicine or to lose weight, that God has saw your faithfulness and he is ready for you to receive your manifestation. The Bible says whom the Son has set free is surely free indeed. You are free from the idols of food and the mentality of not having time to take care of your temple. Don't allow Satan to take you back to your past. It is God who gives you the power to be free and to remain free. So you may be wondering, "Where do I go from here?" Below you will find the answer to some of your questions.

How do I remain free from worrying about the scale?
The scale does not define who you are and how God looks at you. Don't make the scale an idol. How do you know if you have made the scale an idol? If you weigh yourself and it affects your outlook on who you are, consumes you, or depresses you then maybe the scale has become an idol. I do understand that you need a reality check every now and then but don't let the scale define you. You are more than a number. 

How should I continue to eat?
We gave you guidelines to go by for 21 days so that you can monitor what was going in and out of your body. The guidelines for you may not be how you choose to live your daily life, but you need to take the time to ask God what your healthy lifestyle change should look like. God knows what works best for you and the reason you were so successful this time was because you relied on God.

What should I do for my workouts?
You are more than welcome to continue to follow us on our Youtube link/TheBridgeLLC. We are believing God for open doors of opportunity to continue to share workouts with you. We also are working on creating a DVD for you all as well. Keep us in your prayers that we find favor to do what God has set for us to accomplish. If you are planning to continue to workout with a group or to have someone hold you accountable, Varian teaches Bootcamp on Mondays at 6:00 am and Saturdays at 7:30 am. I (Tiffany) teach Zumba Step Mondays at 5:15 pm, Bootcamp on Tuesdays at 6:00 pm., and Zumba on Thursday at 6:00 pm/Saturdays 9:00 am. For the individuals who work out on their own, you should strive to work out 4-5 days out of the week for 30-60 min.
