DAY 20: JUST BE FIT (PART 1)

 

We are entering the last days of our challenge. So what does it really mean to Just Be Fit? Just Be Fit is a program created to implement a permanent healthy lifestyle change.This program has challenged us not only physically but spiritually as well. We have learned that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.  God has given us the strength to stay disciplined after this program so that we can continue to present our bodies holy unto God. We hope that through this program, you understand that anything without the help of  God will cause you to be unsuccessful. God has given us the strength to trample over snakes and scorpions, so he is well able to help us say no to a second serving of sweet potato pie. God's power is always made perfect in our weakness. We are so proud of how far you have come and pray that God continue to bless you after this program ends.
