We have reached the last week of our 21 day challenge. It is not important how you started the challenge but rather how you finish. As we enter this week remember to focus on the long term goal of our healthy lifestyle change versus the now events. Satan goal is to make us feel like we are missing out and only focus on what's happening in our lives now. Hebrews 12:1 says to let us lay aside every weight which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us. Don't let a slip up or bad weekend hinder you from your main focus which is to live a healthy lifestyle. I want you to take the time and ask yourself did you get distracted? Who told you that you couldn't finish this challenge out strong? Who's voice are you listening to? (Day 10) If you have gotten off focus, redirect your attention on making healthy choices to live a Just Be Fit life.
God I thank You for bringing me back in remembrance that my daily choices are an act of worship unto You. I choose today to not quit and to finish this challenge strong. Holy Spirit I ask that you continue to help me live a healthy life so that I may bring glory unto You
Really push yourselves this week. Our goal this week is to try to do each workout twice. Yes, twice. We want to finish out strong. I know that some of you have stepped on the scale but remember we won't be able to check our weight until the end of the challenge.
