It’s time to get healthy Birmingham. Join The Bridge for Families In Action Health Fair. This FREE event will be held at The Bridge (on the Campus of Faith Chapel Christian Center) on Saturday, January 23, 2016.


Families in Action Health Fair will provide health awareness and advocacy to members of our community. 

A vendor expo, fitness class, seminars and giveaways will be held throughout the event.  Seminars include a family session on how to read your lab results, a session geared specifically to men’s health, and more.


On-site screenings provided by:
- Princeton Baptist Medical Center (BMI Testing, Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose)
- UAB School of Optometry (Vision Screenings)

In addition, St. Vincent’s Health System will provide Bystander CPR training for free.

Participants are encouraged to dress casually or in fitness attire just in case they would like to participate in the group session with Ellen and Lana Ector
